Also known for its downtown shopping district, Rochester is home to many distinct shops and markets. The Rochester Farmer’s Market, for instance, offers shoppers a convenient way to purchase delicious, locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as handmade Michigan products. Held every Saturday in Summer, the Rochester Farmer’s Market is always a fun place to spend a Saturday morning.
Rochester is also beautiful to live. Full of culture, friendly people, and nice homes, it’s no wonder that Rochester’s population continues to climb year after year.

The above photo shows a Rochester kitchen remodel. We kept the layout of the kitchen as it was and upgraded all materials. New cabinets, countertop, flooring, glass backsplash, etc. This kitchen now looks beautiful and modern.
This photo just above features a Rochester basement remodel laundry room. This was once a dust-fill room with loose wires, exhaust ducts, and insulation hanging all over the place. We added the green cabinets, the countertop, the sink, some drywall, and new flooring. It’s now a beautiful, clean area where the homeowner can do laundry and fold/iron their clothes.
“Borchert is a great company to work with. They help with the planning by drawing up a design and then meet with you a few times to perfect it to your liking. They get to know what you want and make more suggestions. For example, some particular corbels were chosen because they needed to be rather small for our project. The owner could tell by the look on my face that I was not totally happy, so he researched further. The next time I came in, he sat with me to pick out the right one to fit the space and make me happy.
We knew what to expect in writing. They kept to the agreed upon timeline. When problems arose, they solved them like a team. Everyone seemed to work well together. All the professionals (carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, etc.) took pride in their work. We will definitely use them for future projects.”

“Borchert Kitchen & Bath completely renovated our 1950’s ranch galley kitchen and solved all of our space and design issues. They performed most of the work while we were out of town and everything went smoothly. Ronda, our design consultant had great ideas and listened to our requests. The work was done within the time and budget parameters. I would recommend them without reservation.”
