Kitchen Remodeling

Right from the beginning, we were shown a timeline of the work schedule which was adhered to as much as possible. I also appreciated the expertise and suggestions of what is available in cabinet design and function, faucet, lighting, materials for countertop and backsplash. I also appreciated the fact that my needs/wants in a kitchen were listened to and incorporated.

I love my kitchen and have received numerous positive comments from family and friends.

Lincorp did our complete kitchen renovation. Ron asked our priorities, created a design, then gave us a quote which included allowances for things like countertops, faucet, cabinetry, and told us sources to shop for our choices. Throughout the job he was responsive, on schedule, and on budget. We were very pleased and have recommended Lincorp to several others.

Where to begin: - All the tradesmen were very good at what they did. - Everyone's willingness to listen to our concerns and opinions and insuring they were met. - Ease to contact Borchert's or Jim Orlando and get answers very quickly.
6 months later we love the kitchen as much, if not more so, than the day it was completed. The layout has worked out exactly how we anticipated! The look and function are perfect for us. Thanks again!! 🙂

I really liked the fact that Borchert Building helped us design the kitchen and helped us pick out the materials. They went out of their way to pick materials up for us. They were able to help us pull our ideas out rather quickly.

Borchert Kitchen & Bath completely renovated our 1950's ranch galley kitchen and solved all of our space and design issues. They performed most of the work while we were out of town and everything went smoothly. Ronda, our design consultant had great ideas and listened to our requests. Lincorp Construction completed the project in a timely, professional and expert manner. They were prompt and efficient, leaving little to no lapses between phases of the project. Ron Jedwab was a pleasure to work with- he brought in an excellent kitchen designer and the two of them really listened to my wishes and needs for my kitchen and incorporated them into the design. When minor mishaps occurred, such as a leaky pipe which warped the wood, Ron immediately apologized, fixed the problem and replaced the damaged piece. Any changes to the original plan were discussed and then finalized in writing so there were no surprises.
Some of the actual contractors were easier to work with than others, but all did their job professionally. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and incredulous that it was completed in the time and budget frame that we initially agreed upon.

After hearing dozens of horror stories about the remodeling process, dreaded the thought of re-doing my kitchen. But, as it was over thirty years old and no longer functional, couldn't put it off any longer. I visited several kitchen remodeling businesses and talked to three Contractors before choosing Lincorp to do the job.
I was more than pleased with every aspect of the project. Ron Yedwab worked with me, making me a part of the project and kept me involved from step one through to completion. He took the time to understand and help me define exactly what I needed and then worked with me to fit those things into my budget. He coordinated the project from beginning to end. Electricians, plumbers, flooring, tile and cabinet installers completed their projects directly according to the projected schedules. The portions of the house that were not involved, were completely protected from al/ the construction work so that life could continue in a fairly normal manner. The end product was exactly what wanted and I am thrilled.
