I recently contacted Borchert Kitchen & Bath for help updating my kitchen. From the first visit everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Within a couple of days I picked out the Quartz countertop, sink and fixtures. A couple of days later, I decided to add a backsplash. Everyone involved with the project was very professional. Each contractor arrived at the appointed time and always cleaned up when finished. The end result met all my expectations.

My wife and I had a vision for the remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms and Mary Margaret, Borchert’s Director of Operations, made our vision come true. She worked with us from the time we first met with her to design the project, up until the time it was completed. She was extremely helpful in assisting us to make informed color, fixture, and material selections. She brought the job in on time and at the agreed upon contract price. We are so pleased with our experience, we are contemplating another home remodeling project and when we do, our first phone call will be to Mary Margaret.

I hired Lincorp Borchert for a bathroom remodel. The job included complete demolition of the existing bathroom and replacing it with a new, more modern look. The design team listened to me and incorporated everything I asked into the design and the production team did a great job with the construction. You can tell they pride in their work by the quality behind the job.

Ron is great to work with. He is a straight shooter who is very fair with his trades. Jobs are ready when we get there which is critically important to us as a trade. Also, importantly, his jobs are always very clean.

Hired them to design & finish basement and install various trim details throughout home. Very professional, excellent workmanship. I’m very pleased with the finished product and working with the entire team was a pleasure.

Excellent company to hire. Accurate estimates, on-time delivery, and very helpful with all aspects of remodeling design. We had a remodel of kitchen and dining room, combining two rooms into one. We hired Lincorp Borchert to remodel our kitchen and it was the best decision we ever made. Having had very bad experiences when undertaking other home improvements and not really being sure where to begin, we were apprehensive about choosing a contractor. Lincorp Borchert was recommended to us by a friend (Glen Haege, America’s Handyman). From the initial consultation with owners, Denise and Bill, and designer, Mari, to the completion of our beautiful kitchen, Lincorp Borchert put us at ease and exceeded our expectations. They were always available to answer any questions, handled any problems immediately (there were very few), cleaned up the work area every night before they left, finished the job on time, and were always professional. All of their subcontractors were also very knowledgeable and professional. Their job foreman, Jim, was amazing. He kept us informed of every step of the project and went out of his way to do little extra things. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Borchert Building to anyone.

Lincorp Borchert recently guided my wife and me through a master bathroom remodeling project. From the beginning, Lincorp Borchert presented themselves as a group of passionate, patient, and professional individuals; who demonstrated the ability to listen, process, and provide a plan that worked for my family. Right after the planning and contract execution process was finished, Lincorp Borchert quickly started work in accordance with a published schedule. As for the end result, all I can say is the process resulted in an exceptional product, which my wife and I are very proud of. Some of the actual contractors were easier to work with than others, but all did their job professionally. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and incredulous that it was completed in the time and budget frame that we initially agreed upon.

I was more than pleased with every aspect of the project. Ron Yedwab worked with me, making me a part of the project and kept me involved from step one through to completion. He took the time to understand and help me define exactly what I needed and then worked with me to fit those things into my budget. He coordinated the project from beginning to end. Electricians, plumbers, flooring, tile and cabinet installers completed their projects directly according to the projected schedules. The portions of the house that were not involved, were completely protected from al/ the construction work so that life could continue in a fairly normal manner. The end product was exactly what wanted and I am thrilled.

Overall, very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism with this company. Excellent communication during the design and renovating stage. Contractors used were very professional. Worked within our budget.

We had a bathroom rehab done by Lincorp. The job was done on time and within the contract budget. The quality of the workmen was excellent as was the work product. The only hiccup on the project was that the edging on the countertop was not as we expected. Mr. Jedwab stood behind the work and made sure we got the edging we expected. It’s exactly what you want in a contractor.

My wife and I were so happy after Lincorp Borchert remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms with all new cabinetry and fixtures! The owner was always on the site giving us up dates and his work was completed by the promised date. We were so surprised that once the project was completed that his own cleaning crew came in and cleaned everything for us.
