NAHB Remodeler of the month (July 2016 Qualified Remodeler)
Houzz is the leading platform for home remodeling and design, providing people with everything they need to improve their homes from start to finish – online or from a mobile device. The Best Of Houzz is awarded annually in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Design award winners’ work was the most popular among the more than 35 million monthly users on Houzz. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of recent client reviews. Architecture and interior design photographers whose images were most popular are recognized with the Photography award.
The NAHB Remodeler of the Month award program recognizes local, active remodelers who stand out among their peers. The award focuses on recent work, customer service, community involvement and dedication to improving the industry.

The baby boom generation has many choices as this large population of potential clients for remodelers, builders, contractors and occupational therapists considers where to live- but overwhelmingly, seniors would prefer to stay in their own home. The CAPS designation offers our potential clients what they need most: reassurance that we’ll help them make the choices that will help them stay in their homes safely and securely.
Each year since 1986, the Remodeling Big 50 inducts 50 owners of remodeling companies that have set exceptionally high standards for professionalism and integrity through exemplary business practices, craftsmanship, and impact their community or the industry at large. Big50 remodelers run successful, often growing companies of various sizes that have taken the lead in raising industry standards.
Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR)
Distinguished Service Award to Charitable Endeavors (December 2013 HBA)
Remodelers with at least five years of experience in the industry can apply for the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) educational designation. Courses in CGR curriculum are designed to emphasize business and project management skills as the key to a successful remodeling operation. More and more clients recognize the “CGR” initials as the mark of professionalism in their remodeling contractor.

National Kitchen and Bath Member (NKBA)
NKBA-certified designers demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in kitchen and bath design, as well as construction, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. They are widely recognized as experts in the NKBA Kitchen & Bath Planning Guidelines with Access Standards, which recognize the importance of consumer health, safety and welfare in kitchen and bath design. Our certified designers are also well respected for their skill in assessing consumers’ individual needs and creating designs that meet and exceed their expectations.
